1. Introduction of Beverage Bottle Filling Machine :
Simple transmission system: Good rigid structure, easy wash and cleaning through using the integrated bedplate. As adopting the suspended neck-holding transmission technology and lubrication system the whole machine has huge space to transmit and repair.
Bottle-washing machine with the spring structure: When empty bottles are automatically rotated in a 180° Semi-circle on the track, it washes the bottle inside in a complete and efficient way.
Accurate position alignment during filling process: Fastening the bottleneck during filling process and function of centering bell both guarantee the accurate sealing between bottleneck and filling tap. Leakage resulted from inclined bottles with angles in the bottom-based way is avoided. Material loss is truly reduced.
Accurate control in liquid level: Liquid level in the bottle is measured by liquid-level testing device with a probe. Consistent liquid level in the bottle during filling process is maintained through automatic control of variable signal.
Accurate speed adjustment: Speed adjustment is accurate and stable during launch and producing processes by using advanced frequency converter. Filling speed is digitally displayed. PC program control is used in the complete machine with a high automatic level.
Healthy structure: Quality stainless steel is used in all parts that contact beverage.
